NO MEETING ON CHRISTMAS DAY :)

All the great spiritual awakenings over the centuries have been preceded by small groups of saints praying. Revival comes when people pray. However, prayer can be hard, taxing work. At times it's as easy as breathing but often it is a battle. Possibly because in our age, one offense of prayer is that it does not essentially tie in to mental efficiency. We often can't track the effect that our prayers have. And in this sense it is a primary marker of faith - spending time and energy investing into the spiritual realm not being able to see immediate or often ever clear results. Yet, the Lord Jesus practices it, commands it and expects it from his people.

When we gather to pray on Monday nights we're praying for the revival of our church, our community, our nation and our world. Come with us and shake the heavens for the glory of God and the good of the world.
